You will assess eligibility, connect families with community resources, and ensure compliance with social services policies while advocating for clients across legal, medical, and housing matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with children and/or families.
• Experience with community engagement or community resources.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility and provide individualized case management.
• Develop service plans tailored to client needs.
