Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of child support cases in compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Assist in establishing child support orders by gathering documentation and preparing legal submissions.
• Monitor payments, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on non-payment or underpayment.
• Enforce orders by income withholding and coordinating with other state agencies and legal entities.
• Provide clear, professional communication with custodial and non-custodial parents, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case records and generate required reports.
