Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care and attend assigned meetings.
• Provide personal care including bathing, nails, shaving, and perineal care.
• Follow infection control procedures and HIPAA privacy standards.
• Assess resident comfort on a 0–10 scale and report changes to nurse.
• Assist with meals, transfers, ADL documentation, and routine tasks.
