Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance in Foothill Ranch, CA is seeking an experienced early‑stage collections specialist to engage customers with empathy and purpose. You will proactively reach out via phone, email, text, and other approved channels to address delinquency while preserving the customer relationship.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in auto/powersports debt collection, strong negotiation and documentation skills, and a solid understanding of applicable debt collection laws.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years in early-stage collections within auto/powersports/consumer finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy and active listening
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with tact
• Experience using loan servicing systems and CRM tools
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations (FDCPA, Rosenthal Act, Regulation F)

Mansioni

• Engage customers with empathy and purpose across calls, email, and texts to address early-stage delinquency
• Negotiate payment arrangements aligned with customer needs and company objectives
• Document all communications and actions in the Loan Management System with accuracy
• Identify and escalate specialized issues (insurance claims, bankruptcy, fraud) as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account management and regulatory compliance
• Maintain brand-forward professionalism in all customer interactions
