The role covers manual and automated testing, test data creation, and defect triage, with opportunities to apply Gen AI testing techniques and tools like AccelQ to improve coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA across SDLC in healthcare payer environments.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Familiar with AI-driven testing approaches and tools.

Job Summary:

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst champions quality across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), partnering with project teams to find and resolve defects early and often.
• The role owns QA activities for IT development and deliverables, including manual and automated testing, test data creation, and defect triage. On smaller projects, the QA Analyst also helps gather requirements.
• We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas and proven best practices from past roles, especially in using AI to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and overall quality. The ideal candidate will help shape and modernize our QA approach as we continue to evolve our testing capabilities.
• Project Scope: Run the business activities for our Client and Broker portals

Required Skills:

• Strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise, Facets including Business Analyst, Test Management and Governance skills
• SQL and data validation skills
• Experience with test automation tools,
