Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred or equivalent
• 2-5 years supervisory or management experience required, preferably with hourly staff
• Previous vehicle inspection experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the operation of the station within budget and company policies while delivering exceptional customer service
• Document and resolve customer complaints and damage claims promptly
• Prepare and submit administrative reports on time
• Ensure station safety per IEPA guidelines and company procedures
• Oversee facility maintenance such as cleaning and snow removal
• Manage remitter and voucher programs and reconcile funds
• Provide training on remitter systems and payment processing
• Lead and manage staff, schedule work, and conduct performance reviews
• Perform waiver inspections on applicable vehicles and grant waivers per IEPA guidelines
• Maintain quality assurance standards and travel to other stations as needed
