Opus, through Envirotest, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Annapolis, MD to assist motorists with understanding emission test results. This position involves explaining outcomes, guiding waiver and extension requests, and ensuring forms meet state standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to explain technical results clearly.
• Familiarity with waiver and extension processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explain emissions testing results to motorists and help customers understand what to do when their vehicle fails its emission test.
• Guide motorists through waiver process and extension requests.
• Review motorists' waiver and extension forms to ensure they meet MVA standards, then grant or deny each according to state regulations.
• Perform emission tests when needed.
• Create a clean and professional environment to keep our station clean and welcoming.
• Other duties as assigned.
