Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) invites an organized Training and Communications Specialist to join our Columbus, IN team. You will coordinate compliance training across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats, maintain records, and partner with SMEs to keep materials current.

You will also develop reports, dashboards, and communications to drive program visibility and ensure timely completion of training requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Communications, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Business Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in training administration, communications, learning and development, project coordination, compliance, or related area.
• Proven organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with ability to validate and interpret information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning compliance training, including scheduling, attendance tracking, communications, and follow-up.
• Maintain training records, audience assignments, calendars, databases, and compliance documentation for accuracy.
• Track training completion and analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and overdue actions.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other metrics for visibility into training and compliance.
• Draft and distribute training communications, announcements, reminders, newsletters, and other materials.
• Partner with SMEs to update training materials, presentations, eLearning content, and resources.
• Support LMS administration, including course assignments, user management, and training records.
• Contribute to Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools for monitoring metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve training administration, reporting, documentation, communications, and data management.
