Job summary

T Toyota Material Handling North America seeks an experienced Emissions Compliance Program Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and improvements across engineering, manufacturing, product planning, purchasing, service, and quality. You will drive governance, dashboards, and KPIs for a scalable compliance program.

The role supports cross-border collaboration with North American and Japanese teams, with a hybrid schedule in Columbus, IN and typical first shift hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to influence without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of emissions compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with regulatory commitments.
• Monitor progress, risks, scope changes, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to build alignment and momentum.
• Partner with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, product planning, purchasing, service, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop governance processes and SOPs to strengthen compliance operations.
• Track KPIs and program metrics with executive reporting.
• Support implementation and optimization of compliance workflows and tools.
• Lead continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
• Coordinate readiness and training for compliance process improvements.
• Support resource planning across North American and Japanese teams.
• Act as the primary PM resource for the Emissions Compliance Program.
