Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Lead to oversee EMG nursing services at the Oak Park location. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires at least two years of nursing experience, scheduling experience, and an Illinois RN license. CPR/BLS certification is also required. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
Minimum of one year of scheduling experience.
Current State of Illinois RN license is required.
Current CPR/BLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Function as EMG RN and serve as operations resource for clinical staff.
Maintain EMG RN expertise regularly.
Oversee EMG nursing personnel to ensure safe, cost-efficient care.
Apply problem solving, conflict management, and customer service to drive initiatives.
Provide or coordinate preceptor support for clinical staff.
Collaborate with clinical supervisor to evaluate office personnel.
Monitor compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Oversee supplies procurement and budgeting for patient care.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Foster collaboration with departments to process orders and improve services.
Maintain relationships with physicians to enhance team work.
Identify and develop quality initiatives for the office.
