Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Lead to oversee EMG nursing operations at our Oak Park location. The role requires coordinating clinical staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring safe, efficient patient care within a full-time schedule.

You will collaborate with supervising clinicians, manage supplies and equipment, and support nurse preceptors while upholding regulatory requirements. The position emphasizes teamwork and quality initiatives in a busy ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years nursing experience required.
• Minimum of one year experience with scheduling required.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• In event of declared disasters or hospital disaster plan implementation, overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise as EMG RN and serves as operations resource for clinical staff.
• Oversees and directs EMG personnel to ensure safe, cost-efficient nursing care.
• Provides preceptor support for clinical employees and evaluates performance with supervisor.
• Maintains compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Manages supplies procurement and budgeting for patient care needs.
• Maintains equipment and facility functionality; collaborates with departments to optimize processes.
• Fosters collaboration with physicians to enhance office teamwork and quality initiatives.
