Job summary

Arcadis' New York office is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join our Workplace team, supporting projects from concept to completion with supervision. The candidate should have strong technical skills for research, data collection, and presenting analysis, and enjoy a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in workplace interiors design.
• Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, rendering/visualization tools, drafting and detailing.
• Knowledge of FF&E, materials, and specifications.
• Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design team in developing workplace interiors concepts and documentation.
• Assist with FF&E selection and coordination, drafting and detailing, specifications support, presentation materials and layout development, rendering and visualization.
• Prepare design packages, finish boards, furniture plans, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and project managers to maintain design quality and project schedules.
