Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or a related field required.


• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems, with exposure to technology implementation or R&D initiatives.


• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or innovation projects.


• Familiarity with digital construction and operations tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Procore, or Bluebeam.
