Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT, digital innovation, or technology consulting.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, IoT, advanced analytics and data platforms, and cloud computing.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, with business acumen linking technology to outcomes.
- Experience managing pilots, POCs, and innovation pipelines, with strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in energy, utilities, or industrial environments preferred.
- Familiarity with OT such as SCADA and asset management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies across the organization.
- Lead exploration of AI/ML, advanced analytics, automation, and IoT to support business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to bring high-impact ideas to life.
- Help enable a transition to a digitally enabled, data-driven organization with improved safety and efficiency.
