Texas Pipe & Supply Company is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to translate business strategy into operational execution across multiple sites in Houston. You will design AI-powered workflows, map value streams, and lead cross-functional teams to standardize processes and drive lean performance within TPS and its family of companies.

The role requires expertise in ERP-enabled operations, prompt engineering, and enterprise data governance, with a focus on scalable, secure AI implementations.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in process improvement.
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
• Workflow automation with AI-integrated mapping and tool orchestration.
• Requirements gathering translating business needs into AI use cases.
• Conversational design including chat flow logic and intents.
• Familiarity with major LLM platforms and API integration.

Responsabilidades

• Align best practices with lean enterprise objectives.
• Define data structures and enterprise data relationships.
• Collaborate with IS Development teams on priorities and delivery.
• Support backlog management and capacity utilization.
• Design complex AI-driven workflows and LLM-based solutions.
