The role requires expertise in ERP-enabled operations, prompt engineering, and enterprise data governance, with a focus on scalable, secure AI implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in process improvement.
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
• Workflow automation with AI-integrated mapping and tool orchestration.
• Requirements gathering translating business needs into AI use cases.
• Conversational design including chat flow logic and intents.
• Familiarity with major LLM platforms and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Align best practices with lean enterprise objectives.

• Collaborate with IS Development teams on priorities and delivery.
• Support backlog management and capacity utilization.
