Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital enablement or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, or similar tools.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills; translate technical concepts into business language.
• Proven facilitation skills for workshops, interviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of value drivers.
