The role sits in IT and bridges technology innovation with practical business applications, leading AI/ML, advanced analytics, automation, and IoT initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and asset optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to turn high-impact ideas into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, digital innovation, or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies: AI/ML, generative AI, IoT, analytics and cloud computing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, with strong business acumen connecting technology to measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing pilots, POCs, and innovation pipelines, with excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking, curiosity, and results-oriented mindset, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, able to operate in ambiguity.
