Job summary
BankFund Credit Union is seeking an Emerging Technologies Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions across digital banking, data analytics, and API integrations. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and business units to delivery member-focused innovations.
Responsibilities include assessing new fintech opportunities, performing data analyses, and supporting system integration and testing while ensuring compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
- Strong data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize data and communicate insights.
- Experience with digital banking trends and emerging technologies is preferred.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and across teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new initiatives and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into detailed specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support configuration, troubleshooting, and data mapping for fintech solutions and APIs.
- Analyze data to support decision-making, create financial models, and generate reports.
