Job summary

Lockton Companies is seeking an Early Careers Recruiting Specialist to support recruitment across our Northeast Series. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring entry-level and early-career talent, partnering with hiring managers to manage the full lifecycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for entry-level or early-career talent.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking channels.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and early-career positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Present qualified candidate slates and provide market insights to hiring leaders.
• Negotiate offers and support pre-employment and onboarding.
• Maintain pipelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
