Job summary

Lockton is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Early Careers Recruiting Specialist to support recruitment across our Northeast Series. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring entry-level and early-career talent across multiple business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will help Lockton build a diverse, dynamic pipeline of future leaders in the insurance brokerage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for entry-level, professional, or early-career talent.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking channels.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and early-career positions across the Northeast Series.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Present qualified candidate slates and provide market insights to hiring leaders.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process.
