You will assist with onboarding, HR records, and general HR operations; familiarity with ATS is a plus. Strong organization and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruiting or HR experience (internships or relevant experience acceptable).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow direction and take feedback constructively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and posting job openings on approved job boards and social media platforms.
• Support sourcing efforts using job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirements.
• Assist with onboarding activities and HR administrative tasks as needed.
