Responsibilities

• Conduct provisional hiring interviews on panels with HR staff and subject matter experts, reviewing resumes.
• Review test questions for quality and fairness.
• Collaborate with subject matter expert panels for test_review.
• Input questions into the computerized testing program and help write/edit test questions.
• Assist with testing program operations, research, job analyses, and reporting.
• Review resumes to assess candidate qualification for positions.
• Assist with job analyses in testing CBT processes and notices of examination.
