Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition - Emerging Talent to lead end-to-end campus recruiting and internship programs in the US. You will drive recruiting strategy, manage a Recruitment Coordinator, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience across multiple cohorts.

You will partner with TA, People Ops, and L&E to optimize programs, measure ROI, and advance diversity pipelines while maintaining a strong employer brand across universities and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Early Careers expertise in campus recruiting, program management, and event planning.
• People management experience coaching recruiting or ops staff.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience designing and managing high-volume recruitment operations and structured internship programs.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and ROI of programs.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven US campus recruiting and early talent strategy.
• Manage, coach, and develop Recruitment Coordinator and junior team members.
• Onboard and train Emerging Talent recruiters on processes and ATS workflows.
• Co-manage campus recruiting budget and evaluate ROI of initiatives.
• Plan and execute annual program calendar for internships and Launch Pad cohorts.
• Oversee cohort logistics, data reporting, and partner with TA and People Ops.
• Ensure diverse talent pipelines and collaborate with marketing for employer branding.
• Track hiring metrics and report program performance to senior leadership.
