Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition – Emerging Talent in Chicago/New York to lead full lifecycle recruitment for early career roles. You will identify, engage, and onboard top emerging talent while supporting growth goals.

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, expertise in talent platforms, and a commitment to increasing representation within media and advertising. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in emerging/early career talent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically for recruitment events.
• Proactive and collaborative work style with highly organized task management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for early career roles such as summer internships and full-time Associates.
• Utilize talent platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake) for sourcing and engagement.
• Represent WPP Media at virtual and in-person career events to promote opportunities and brand awareness.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess emerging talent needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and market WPP Media’s early talent programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
