You will recruit, train, coach, and discipline team members, partner with the Store Manager, and execute company strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance across all store activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program or two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, ethics, motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and willing to work flexible schedule.
• Completion of Store Manager LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations to meet company deliverables.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operations and scheduling; assumes duties in absence of Store Manager.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Analyzes customer service metrics and drives improvements in front-end and pharmacy.
• Oversees cash handling, inventory, pricing changes, and adherence to procedures.
