Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Walgreens program or HS Diploma with two years supervisory experience.
• Leadership abilities with professional business ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position, which could require relocation to a different store.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring Area.
