Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Store Manager or equivalent leader to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, supporting pharmacy and retail operations. You will recruit, coach, and discipline team members to meet company goals, while ensuring proper merchandising and asset protection.

You will lead in-store operations, oversee scheduling, and collaborate with Partners to drive store performance and community outreach.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or completed Walgreens internship program or High School Diploma with two years of supervisory experience.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with professional business ethics and strong communication skills.
Experience across both front-end and pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise customer service associates and front end operations to meet store deliverables.
Lead and manage store team, including recruitment, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
Support Store Manager with overall operations and store performance; step in as needed.
Ensure proper merchandising, asset protection, and profitability; manage cash handling and bookkeeping.
