Job summary

Strong service focus and process discipline are essential. You will coordinate with pharmacy operations during peak periods, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic record.
• Completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program is acceptable.
• High School Diploma/GED plus two years in a supervisory role qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients, resolve complaints, and promote products and services.
• Supervise store front end and pharmacy inventory, including price changes and resets.
• Lead and train the store team; recruit, evaluate performance, and enforce discipline.
