Responsibilities

1. Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters. Manage front end operations and support overall store and pharmacy management.
2. Support Store Manager in daily operations, including merchandising, asset protection, and sales improvement.
3. Lead and manage store team, including recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
4. Enhance customer experience through engagement, complaint resolution, and service improvement initiatives.
5. Oversee store operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash management, and safety compliance.
6. Analyze business performance data to develop improvement strategies.
7. Lead and develop team members, including training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
8. Complete required training and self-development activities.
9. Maintain effective communication with team and leadership, and support store strategy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or completion of Walgreens internship program.
• Leadership skills, business ethics, and strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to complete Store Manager training within 12 weeks if placed in the role.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to relocate or transfer as needed.
