Buckle at Rushmore Crossing in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for a part-time, on-site role. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, cashiering, displays, and help manage store presentation throughout the day.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership while delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility for shifts is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandising and product displays to drive sales.
• Perform cashiering and register procedures and maintain accurate transactions.
