Job summary

Circle K in West Lafayette, IN is looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead daily operations at the Midwest BU - Region 04 - Market 02 location.

You will recruit, hire and train staff, supervise store activities, ensure clean and well-stocked premises, and drive sales while maintaining company standards.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, English communication, and the ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash, notices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean and stocked.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and training.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Promote a safe, positive public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate timely information to all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports.
• Supervise merchandise display and pricing; ensure posters/signs are visible.
