Job summary

Walgreens in Lincoln, California seeks an experienced Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, while making operational recommendations for the Pharmacy and Retail store.

You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, oversee recruitment, performance management, scheduling, merchandising, inventory, loss prevention and safety, and mentor your team to deliver excellent service and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; all majors welcome.
• Two years of supervisory experience or completion of Walgreens internship.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Store Manager training (LEAP) completed or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens stores.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to ensure excellent service and profitability.
• Leads store operations, including scheduling, time records, and shift coverage.
• Partners with Store Manager and District Manager to drive community outreach and external partnerships.
• Manages cash handling, inventory, and adherence to policies and legal requirements.
• Provides coaching, training, and performance management to team members.
