You will supervise team members, recruit, coach, and discipline to meet company deliverables, while partnering with the Store Manager to ensure superb customer service and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze performance data, implement action plans, and coordinate with external partners for community initiatives, ensuring a safe, presentable store and strong profit margins.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, ethics, motivation and communication.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete program within 12 weeks.

• Analyze financial data and KPIs; develop action plans to improve sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security, safety, and regulatory requirements.
