Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record OR Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional business ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store front team to ensure quality operations and profitability.
• Supports Store Manager in achieving company deliverables and manages operations in their absence.
• Supervises/store operations, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory controls to ensure accurate records and security.
