Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, including the pharmacy and retail areas. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance and customer satisfaction while modeling professional ethics and service excellence.

You will coach, train, and develop team members, schedule coverage, and oversee merchandising, cash controls, and store safety to ensure profitability and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; internship program or two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, ethics and strong communication.
• Willingness to complete Walgreens leadership training programs.
