Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises front-end operations and pharmacy and retail store activities.
• Leads and develops store team, including recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
• Assists Store Manager with store operations, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Monitors customer service metrics and coaches teams to improve satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and safety requirements.
• Supports community outreach and external partnerships when needed.
