Job summary

Noblis ESI seeks a Junior Collection Management (Intelligence) Specialist to support space operations collection management in an integrated space operations center in Fort Belvoir, VA.

The role covers requirements development, strategy, and partner coordination across NRO, USSPACECOM, USSF, and the IC. You will work under senior analysts to develop and execute collection strategies addressing intelligence gaps.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 1 year OR 4 years of relevant experience if no degree.
• Demonstrated foundational experience in intelligence collection management.
• Familiarity with IC collection management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with IC agencies and DoW, NASIC, MSIC, USSPACECOM, USSF and NSDC structures.
• Basic understanding of counterspace operations and collection requirements.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support development, submission, and tracking of intelligence collection requirements.
• Assist development and maintenance of collection strategies and products.
• Monitor collection management systems performance and adjust requirements as needed.
• Maintain collection databases, tracking tools, and reporting products.
• Support briefings and presentations of collection management products.
