Job summary

Noblis ESI seeks a Junior Collection Management (Intelligence) Specialist to support space operations through intelligence collection management in an integrated space operations center at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role spans requirements development, strategy, and partner coordination across IC agencies.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, U.S. citizenship, and a relevant degree with experience, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years or Master's with 1+ year or 4 years in field.
Foundational experience in intelligence collection management.
Familiarity with IC processes, tools, and DoD/NIC agencies.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Support development, submission, and tracking of intelligence collection requirements.
Assist in developing and maintaining collection strategies to address gaps and priorities.
Monitor collection management systems performance and adjust requirements accordingly.
Maintain collection databases, tracking tools, and reporting products.
Support briefings/presentations of collection management products to staff and leadership.
Collaborate with analysts to identify and refine collection requirements.
Contribute to development and implementation of collection management TTPs.
Stay aware of current collection capabilities and priorities across the IC.
Perform research on system capabilities and applicability to space requirements.
Assist senior collection managers in producing collection products and gap assessments.
