Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• One year of full-time paid professional scheduling experience for owner or general contractor.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (P6 v19) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction schedule review comments for baseline schedules and monthly updates using LAUSD templates.
• Create and populate schedule-related reports in Excel and Primavera P6.
• Create Earned Value Curves following LAUSD EVA template guidelines.
• Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope.
• Analyze schedules for proper codes, layouts, and reports to maintain data integrity.
• Update the master schedule with as-built dates and coordinate forecasted dates with Facilities.
