Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor.
• Experience on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule review comments for contractor-generated Baseline Schedules.
• Assist in creating and populating schedule reports in Excel and P6.
• Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals.

Skills

Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build efficient working relationships

Superior organizational and planning skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
