Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking a Manager in Training for a Taco Bell unit in Martinez, GA. The MIT will support daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure excellent guest service and safety standards.

You will train staff, manage shifts, and contribute to achieving profitability while maintaining quality and speed of service. The role emphasizes internal progression potential, hands-on leadership, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preference for internal promotion who has completed required training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and give change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair staffing and compliance with laws.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Taco Bell employees under supervision.
• Monitor safety and report issues to management and HR.
