Job summary

Local to Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC, you will coordinate scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, documentation, and field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while gaining hands-on experience in residential construction project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.
• 1–3 years in construction/renovations or project coordination preferred.
• OSHA 10 preferred.
• Local to Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential renovation projects from planning through completion.
• Assist with scheduling contractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
• Travel between job sites within the market as needed.
• Support permit, inspection, and compliance activities.
