Job summary

KNAPP, a leading warehouse automation provider, seeks a Project Manager I to oversee several projects of low to moderate complexity from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal KNAPP teams to ensure on-time delivery and contract compliance.

Responsibilities include documentation, risk management, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Passport or ability to obtain passport
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including quarterly international travel)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects of low to moderate complexity concurrently under supervision.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and risk from initiation to close.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and KNAPP resources to ensure timely communication and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, agendas, schedules, risk logs, and cost analyses.
• Escalate issues to minimize negative impact and ensure adherence to KNAPP policies.
