Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a Project Manager I to lead multiple projects of low to moderate complexity with direct supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all required communication between project stakeholders, KNAPP resources, suppliers, etc., occurs in a time frame and to the level of detail necessary for a successful completion of project
• Steer all project-related activities and ensure they occur in a timely manner
• Produce, distribute, and file documentation to meet contractual requirements and mitigate risk (e.g., meeting minutes, agendas, risk register, cost analyses, status reports)
• Know and understand when and to whom issues need to be escalated to eliminate negative impact
• Communicate with the Customer directly on low complexity projects or support senior staff on complex implementations
• Create, maintain, and track project schedules using critical path methodology
• Maintain project budget forecast and manage contracts and change orders
• Coordinate with resources for the project with managers of internal teams
• Drive resolution of all project-related open issues
• Manage multiple small projects simultaneously or support a large project
