Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a Team Lead CS Project Management to lead and develop a team of Customer Service Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of a portfolio of customer-facing projects in warehouse automation. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets and risk while coordinating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in project or program management in warehouse automation or intralogistics.
• Proven track record managing complex customer-facing projects.
• Experience leading or supervising professional staff.
• Knowledge of WMS/WCS/WES systems and automated material handling equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Customer Service Project Managers, set performance expectations, and coach for high-quality outcomes.
• Own delivery accountability for a portfolio of Customer Service projects, monitoring budgets, schedules and risks.
• Direct cross‑functional collaboration with Software, Controls, Mechanical, IT, Operations and Safety teams.
• Lead customer governance meetings and executive-level communications; drive lessons learned and continuous improvement.
