Job summary

Rosendin Electric in Concord, CA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for an entry-level role to support our Project Management team on active construction sites. You will learn to manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes while coordinating with field personnel and clients.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 1 year of construction experience. Opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a construction-related role is required.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and coordinate with field personnel.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs; prepare logs for meetings.
• Assist in creating and issuing Subcontractors’ contracts and owner/manual deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with the project quality control plan and company standards.
