Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. in Muskogee, OK is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist the Project and Senior Project Managers with the administrative tasks surrounding the design phase, pre-construction and construction phase project management.

The successful candidate will read drawings, help manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, prepare bids, and support timely reporting while working with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with Project Management team to help manage and estimate construction projects.
• Reviews drawings for correctness.
• Develops relationships with sub-contractors and interacts with them to secure necessary information for job bids.
• Assist with monthly Work in Progress (WIP) reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and adherence to project timeline.
• Maintains project schedule by coordinating activities and surfacing issues.
• Controls project costs by advising on expenditures and managing contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting and summarizing information and trends.
• Travel to job sites to review progress and provide solutions.
