Job summary

C2 ALASKA, LLC in Rome, NY is seeking a part-time Program Management Analyst Junior RF to support the AFRL HELLFIRE Team. This position provides administrative, scheduling, data-gathering, tracking, and documentation support while learning program operations and developing acquisition-support capabilities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of university study toward a Bachelor's Degree or a high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum two years of directly related experience.
• Successful pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational and project management through data gathering, coordination, tracking, and documentation.
• Gather and organize project data, update tracking products, and support program processes.
• Build and update Excel tracking sheets, schedules, action logs, and routine reports.
• Support meetings, reviews, and related program activities with scheduling and materials.
• Maintain records in government systems and databases.
• Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and presentation materials for senior review.
• Track actions, milestones, and deliverables and escalate issues through contractor channels.
• Coordinate with program management, technical, and administrative staff.
