Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn are important.
• Interest in sales, operations, marketing, or leadership paths.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Rotates through warehouse operations and supply chain.
• Experience across HR, IT, and finance services.
• Engages in counter and inside sales activities.
• Participates in project sales, quotations, and management.
• Contributes to digital marketing and business development.
• Completes a strategic capstone project with leadership
