Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar group, in Minneapolis, MN, invites new graduates to join its Emerging Professional STEP program. This 12-month rotational development program offers hands-on experience across warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing and corporate functions.

As a STEP Associate, you’ll rotate through key areas, complete impactful projects, and build leadership skills to launch a long-term career in the electrical distribution industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; adaptability to learn.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing and corporate functions.
